Goodbye to The Beehive Cafe

Things are changing at Old Bolsover Yard. After having run The Beehive Cafe for the last 3 years, in September Michelle decided it was time to hang up her apron.
Saturday was her last day of trading and I know many of you popped in to say your goodbyes and wish Michelle and her husband, Nick all the best for the future.

The cafe won't remain closed for long as in the New Year it will be back up and running with a new tenant at the helm who has some exciting plans for both the Cafe and Old Bolsover Yard.

On a personal note I would like to thank Michelle for all that she has done as we have brought Old Bolsover Yard to life whilst she's been running the cafe for us - Michelle good luck and enjoy your Christmas!

Ethos Upcycling @ Olympia House Antiques & Craft Centre

Damion from Ethos Upcycling has had a busy day. After spending the day in his workshop at Old Bolsover Yard he has also managed to get to Olympia House, Chesterfield to restock his space there.

You'll find lots of his signature style upcycled items along with quirky retro and vintage wares.

Olympia House are having a late night shopping evening tomorrow after having to cancel their Annual Christmas Market due to the recent floods.

We hope that Sofia and the team have a good evening and you might just spot Damion if you pop in as he'll be supporting the late night shopping evening himself.

Shop Local this Christmas

There are so many ways that you can support your local small businesses this Christmas. From asking your butcher how to cook your roast, to buying your veg within walking distance, or discovering an artist or maker from your town.

Old Bolsover Yard will be open Monday - Saturday 10 - 3 in the run up to Christmas, closing at 12 on Christmas Eve.

We will reopen on Wednesday 2nd January 2020.
